Arrival + Environment

The infrared crystal mat, sound therapy tables, aromatherapy, and acutonics begin as you arrive. No preamble. The environment is already active before the bodywork starts, allowing the nervous system to begin downregulating immediately.

Gliding Cup Massage

Gliding and stationary cupping across the back, shoulders, and legs, releasing myofascial restriction and improving circulation. Warm INBAR+co oils throughout. Sound and infrared remain active. This prepares tissue for the reflexology work that follows.

Full Reflexology

Complete head, hand, and foot reflexology, working the full reflex map systematically. Targeted pressure applied to reflex points corresponding to the nervous system, digestive system, endocrine system, and structural regions. The Restore environment continues throughout.

Integration

A final period of stillness, acutonics and sound therapy continue while the body integrates. No further bodywork. This is not dead time; it is where the session settles. Most clients are close to sleep by this point.
