After your session

A combined release across structural tension and systemic stagnation. Most clients describe feeling both physically realigned and energetically settled, a different kind of integration than a single-modality session produces.

Blend. Release.Integrate.

01
Eastern + Western combinedFascial work, cupping, and acupressure pulled from Eastern traditions blended with deep tissue, myofascial release, and trigger point work from Western practice.
02
Stationary cupping integratedCups remain in place during portions of the session, releasing myofascial restriction and improving circulation in ways that gliding cups alone do not.
03
Fully intuitiveNo scripted routine. Your therapist reads your body each session and selects technique on the day. Two sessions are never identical.
04
Structural and systemicAddresses both targeted tension (back, shoulders, hips) and systemic stagnation (circulation, lymphatic flow). One session, two outcomes.

Day of

Hydrate well. Cupping leaves circular marks that take three to ten days to fade. Plan accordingly if you have a beach day, wedding, or photoshoot in the next two weeks.

Pressure preference

Communicate at intake. Fusion can range from medium to deep, and your therapist will adjust based on what they're finding.

If first-time with cupping

Mention it. Stationary cupping creates a distinctive sensation. It's not painful, but it's different. Your therapist will explain as they go.

Afteryour treatment.

Same day

Drink water generously. Cupping marks are normal and indicate stagnation that has been mobilised. They fade over three to ten days.

First 48 hours

Avoid intense heat (saunas, hot tubs) directly after cupping. Circulation is heightened. Light movement and a warm bath are supportive.

Cadence

Most clients book Fusion every three to four weeks. Combine with other formats (Deep Relief, Lymphatic Flow) across the month for a varied bodywork rotation.

Fusion, as experienced.

I alternate Fusion with Deep Relief every three weeks. The cupping is the part that's hard to get elsewhere at this level, and the way the session unfolds intuitively means I never feel like I'm getting a routine. Different every time, different in a good way.

Questionsanswered.

It varies by therapist and session. Common elements: deep tissue, myofascial release, trigger point work, Gua Sha, acupressure, and stationary cupping. Some sessions lean more Eastern (pressure points, energetic mapping, breath); others lean more Western (structural work, fascial planes, trigger points). Your therapist reads your body each session and selects what fits.

Yes, stationary cupping creates circular discoloration where the cups were placed. Marks typically fade in three to ten days. Darker marks indicate areas of greater stagnation. They are not bruises and are not painful, but they are visible, so plan accordingly.

Deep Relief is purely structural, pressure-based work focused on tension and pain. Fusion is broader, combining structural work with cupping, fascial mobilisation, and energetic mapping. If you want a single sustained modality, choose Deep Relief. If you want a varied, intuitive session with cupping integrated, choose Fusion.

It can be, particularly when the chronic pain involves myofascial restriction or systemic stagnation. For acute pain or specific injury work, Deep Relief is more direct. Many clients alternate between the two formats as part of a broader treatment plan.

Yes. Any 60 or 90-minute session can be extended with a 30-minute Express Reset (Decompressor, Ground + Reset, or Upper Reset) for $120. Confirm with your therapist on the day.
