The Residency, our monthly membership, makes a standing facial or massage the easiest line in your calendar — one treatment a month, our lowest per-treatment rate, and nothing to pay up front. For a specific goal, or if you come more than once a month, a five-treatment series is the better fit. Both can be purchased online in a minute.
Both come in 30, 60 and 90 minutes. The 30 is for Foundational 30 express facials; 60 and 90 credits work across every facial, massage and Restore treatment of that length — choose a different one each visit.
The Residency is one treatment a month, month to month after an initial three. Series are five treatments at 15% off, used at whatever pace you like, valid for one year and transferable to family and friends.

And if you are already here every two or three weeks, a series is still your best value: The Residency covers one treatment a month, while a series gives you five at 15% off with no limit on how quickly you use them.

Sessions are spaced approximately 4 weeks apart. We recommend beginning with a Foundational 60 facial before your first RF session to prepare your skin. Your esthetician will advise on the best protocol at your initial consultation. Members receive 10% off RF sessions booked beyond their monthly credit.

The Residency

Billing. One treatment credit each month, billed to the card on file on the 1st. Nothing to pay up front.

Term. The Residency runs three months to start, then month to month. Cancel any time after that with 30 days' notice — no contract beyond the first three.

Rollover. An unused credit carries forward one month, then expires. Book ahead and you will never lose one.

Pause. Pause your Residency for up to two months, once every twelve months. Just let us know before the 1st.

Flexibility. Residency 30 is for the Foundational 30 facial. Residency 60 and 90 credits work across every treatment of that length — Foundational Facial, Deep Relief, Swedish, Lymphatic Flow, Restore 60 and more. Book online as usual and your Residency credit is applied at checkout.

Cancellations. Our standard 24-hour cancellation policy applies. A missed appointment without notice uses that month's credit. Full policy →
Series

Purchasing. Buy online with the button on any series above — credits land on your account instantly and apply at booking. Your provider can also set one up in the room, or call (415) 891-3328.

Payment. Paid in full at purchase and non-refundable. A card on file is required for all bookings.

Flexibility. 60-minute and 90-minute credits are interchangeable across every eligible treatment of that length — mix facials, massage and Restore however your goal requires. The 30-minute series is dedicated to the Foundational 30 express facial.

Transferable. Credits can be used by family and friends at any time, no restrictions.

Valid one year. All series are valid for 12 months from purchase. Unused credits can be transferred but not redeemed for cash. The standard 24-hour cancellation policy applies; a missed appointment is deducted from your balance.
