What is the Third Eye Bath?

The Third Eye Bath is the signature close of every Restore session at Resonance Marin. A continuous, gentle flow of warm hydrosol is applied over the forehead and crown for approximately 10 minutes, a sensory signal that tells the nervous system it is safe to fully release. Clients consistently describe it as the deepest point of the session. It is the final element before the treatment ends.

Is this the right session post-surgery?

It can be one of the most effective formats for post-surgical recovery, but timing matters. Most surgical procedures require two to three weeks of healing before lymphatic work is appropriate.
