She combines a variety of techniques, including deep tissue, lymphatic drainage, pre- and post-surgical massage, sports, Swedish, prenatal and postnatal care, infant massage, trigger point therapy, and Chinese cupping. Drawing on her experience as a mother, dancer, triathlete, and personal trainer, along with her background in kinesiology and anatomy, she customizes wellness protocols to support healing. She's delved into sports medicine, Japanese acupuncture, and facial rejuvenation. Before becoming an acupuncturist, she mastered Myofascial/Trigger Point massage, Craniosacral, and Somatic-Emotional Release therapies, which she still uses to help her clients feel their best. With a chill and collaborative approach, Suzanne believes in combining traditional knowledge with modern techniques to help her clients heal and transform. She firmly believes in the body's ability to heal itself and is here to guide you on your journey to wellness.

Trained at the National Holistic Institute, she's been practicing massage therapy for over 20 years. Her approach is a unique blend of Eastern and Western techniques tailored to each client's needs. Monica's intuitive touch and soulful approach create a profoundly relaxing and transformative experience. She believes in tending to the subtle body, fostering a sense of peace and well-being. She aims to leave clients feeling nourished, inspired, and ready to face the world with renewed vitality.
