What clients say

"By the last fifteen minutes I felt the kind of calm I usually only feel after a massage. I left feeling lighter."

What the heat is doing.

01

Deep detoxification Infrared waves heat the body from the inside, prompting sweat at the cellular level. Toxins stored in fat tissue are released more efficiently than in conventional saunas.

02

Muscle recovery Heat increases blood flow to sore tissue, accelerating the clearance of metabolic byproducts. Useful before bodywork, useful after exertion.

03

Circulation + cardiovascular Sustained heat mimics the effects of moderate exercise. Vessels dilate, heart rate climbs gently, the system gets a workout without the impact.

04

Nervous system reset The final minutes of any session shift the body into parasympathetic. Clients describe it as a profound calm that lasts hours past the appointment.

Four ways in.

Each format is calibrated for a different use case. Pre-treatment warm-ups, standalone resets, deep detox protocols, or a shared session for two. Pick what fits the day.

Gentler than steam.

01

Arrive hydrated Drink water in the hour before your session. Heat work asks the body for fluid; come prepared.

02

A towel is provided You will sweat deeply but without the oppressive humidity of a traditional steam room. The heat is dry, penetrating, calm.

03

The shift comes late Most clients feel a profound calm in the final fifteen minutes. The early minutes warm the surface; the later minutes work on the core.

04

Pair it, or don't Roughly half our sauna clients add it to a massage or facial; the other half come for the sauna alone. Both work. Both deliver.

Common questions.

How is infrared different from a traditional sauna?
Traditional saunas heat the air around you to high temperatures (typically 160°F+). Infrared heats your body directly using light waves, so the ambient air stays cooler (110–140°F) but the effect on your tissue is deeper. It is gentler to breathe in and easier to tolerate for longer sessions.
Should I do a sauna before or after my massage?
Before. Heat opens fascia and primes muscle tissue, which lets the therapist work deeper with less resistance. Plan to finish your sauna about 10 minutes before your massage so your body has time to settle.
How often should I sauna for visible results?
Twice a week is the threshold where most clients notice meaningful changes in recovery, sleep, and skin tone. Our 5- and 10-session series are priced for this rhythm.
Can I bring a friend?
Yes — duo sessions accommodate two guests. Maximum two at a time. Book a duo format from the buttons above.
What should I wear?
Whatever you are comfortable sweating in — most clients use a towel only. A clean towel is provided. We recommend leaving jewellery and electronics outside the room.
Is it safe if I'm pregnant or have a heart condition?
Pregnant clients and those with cardiovascular conditions should consult their physician before any infrared session. We are happy to discuss your situation when you call to book.
